Procedure to deal process design tasks in the sugar industry and its derivatives

  • Presenting a holistic procedure for plant design that allows the sugar industry:

    • Analyze a large number of alternative technological and capacity-on technical, economic and environmental follow its logical steps.

    • Obtain the technology and optimal capacity for given conditions.

  • We present a case study where an analysis technical-economic-environmental of each of the alternative technologies and capacity, to obtain a food animal (with high protein content) from sugar industry waste.
